“ Preston’s has seen a significant improvement in food quality! I first dined at Preston’s over three years ago and have been frequenting since. The service has always been warm and efficient, but the food quality has truly improved. Every dish on the menu is bursting with flavor. In my opinion, the taste, quality, and presentation of the food surpass those of Cactus Club and Joey, all while the prices are comparable. Plus, you can enjoy your meal in a cozy and inviting ambiance. ”

“ It’s a great little place adjoining our hotel. There was a slight error with our order, but it all worked out fine. The service is excellent, the staff friendly, you have happy hour access all day if you stay at the attached hotel. We ordered the Ahi and the flatbread. Both were excellent, very tasty and filling. The house red was ehhh as is most house wines. Overall, it was really good, priced well and I would recommend it to anyone in the area ”

“ This restaurant truly embodies customer focus. The staff recognised me by my second visit. They always greet me with enthusiasm and genuinely thank me for coming. When our tables have had abnormal requests, they are actually happy to accommodate. The restaurant is clean and the COVID restrictions are respected professionally. On top of all this, the food is great. The recipes are creative with subtle twists on classic dishes. And the Manager checks in for honest feedback. It is incredibly evident that he cares - about the experience, about the staff, and about continual improvement. My only suggestion is that maybe there could be a QR code at a few spots on the table. Our groups sometimes have to lean over each other to scan the menu or touch each others' phones. Special thanks to the Manager Noli! “ Chic, relaxed, and seriously underrated — perfect for a classy yet casual night out. I came to Prestons not knowing what to expect, but I left genuinely impressed. It’s stylish without being pretentious — modern decor, a beautiful bar, and plenty of comfortable seating both indoors and outside. The menu has a little something for everyone: steaks, seafood, pasta — and they’re not just “hotel food” like you might assume. I had the grilled salmon with risotto and it was buttery, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection. We also ordered their truffle fries and a couple cocktails (try the cucumber gin fizz — so refreshing), and everything hit the mark. Service was surprisingly fast and very professional. Our server was attentive without hovering and made great recommendations that suited our taste. It’s also a great spot if you're looking for somewhere quiet to have a drink and chat — whether it’s after work or before heading downtown. The fact that they offer takeout and delivery as well just adds to the flexibility. If you’re near Coal Harbour or downtown Vancouver, definitely give Prestons a try — you’ll be pleasantly surprised. I’ll be back soon — and next time, I’m bringing more friends. ”

“ We tried “Vancouver Cherry blossom festival” special menu. Everything was tasty, but my favorite is “Konbu cured scallop crudo”! The presentation was so colorful and beautiful, and tasted awesome! The main sablefish was great, too. Never tried sablefish with “kinpira gobo” ,which is one of Japanese dishes, and it was perfect match. You should try them! Our server Maria was also very friendly:) we had a very good food and service at Prestons! ”

He was able to accomodate my gluten-free colleagues well so that was great. Their desserts were DELICIOUS. I would return here in the future, for this blackened chicken breast. ”
